I would like to take this opportunity to thank Donald Russell and the rest of Chuck Town real estate office for selling our home. We had a different real estate agent and company that we originally contracted with to sell our home. Our former agent arranged for our home to be shown about once or twice every couple of weeks. After our home was on the market for nine months with no offers to buy it, I decided to change companies. The day after our contract expired with my former company, Donald came to our home and offered to sell our home. He told us that he would have our home sold within 90 days. My wife and I were a little skeptical at first about his ability to sell it so fast considering the other company had the home listed for nine months with no offers. Within the first two weeks of Donald assuming control of the contract, people started looking at our home. We had more people looking at our home in the first month than we previously had during the entire 9 months. Donald’s aggressive marketing tactics paid off. In less than two months we had an offer on our home! Donald did all the coordinating with the mortgage company to sell the home. My wife and I had never been involved in a short sale of a home and were a little leery about doing a short sale. Donald did all the work for us. He is the one that took the buyers offer to the mortgage company and negotiated with them until a final offer was accepted by the mortgage company. My wife and I didn’t even have to show up at the closing. Donald arranged for the lawyers office to complete all the paperwork and they even worked with a power of attorney on our behalf. We could not have asked for a friendlier or more dedicated real estate agent than Donald. He did what he said! Our closing date was exactly 90 days from the day we first signed Chuck Town as our real estate company. Donald called us at least once a week to keep us appraised as to what was happening, followed up on all visits to our home and made sure we had feedbacks on any visit to the home.  Once again, thank You Donald! We really do greatly appreciate your sincere dedication to selling our home and would gladly recommend you and your company to anyone attempting to sell their home.

“I dread dealing with real estate transactions!  The process just seems so complicated to me.  However, I wanted to sell my property quickly and needed assistance from an expert.  Honestly, I feel sorry for all the homeowners who attempt to sell by putting a sign that says 'For Sale By Owner' in their front yard.  Especially since ChuckTown Homes has the ability to make the process easier and less time consuming.  There are several reasons that make us hesitate in using a realtor, mostly due to our lack of knowledge of the industry and our lack of TRUST in realtors.  However, once we know enough to realize how important having a realtor is, it's hard to decide on the right realtor.

My fiance' and I recently bought our first home in Moncks Corner. I just thought I would take a second to give you a little feedback about our home buying experience. We had been looking at houses online for some time. We were just waiting on the right time to buy. Almost a year ago, we called out of curiosity to get more information on one of the houses that we drove by that was listed by ChuckTown Homes. The next day Ashley Corley gave me a call to give me the information that I was looking for. She made a very good impression!! One of the things that had scared us away from looking at homes were the real estate agents. We didn't want to be pressured to make a decision or buy something when we weren't ready. Ashley never did any of that. She simply called me to answer my questions and to let me know that she was there if we needed anything. When I hung up with Ashley, I saved her number in my phone. At the beginning of November we decided that we were ready to buy, but we didn't really know where to start. The first thing that came to my mind was to call Ashley. It had been almost a year since I spoke to her but the first impression that she left me with really stuck. As soon as I called her, she got us started! She got Dolly Jaffee from Shelter Mortgage to give me a call to start the pre-approval process that same day. Dolly was great! She had us pre-approved the next day!! After we were pre-approved we went to sit down with Ashley at her office. As first time home buyers, we had no clue how the home buying process worked. Ashley sat down with us and told us up front everything that was going to happen from start to finish. She answered all of our questions and she made the us less nervous about what we were getting into. Ashley took us to see a handful of houses the following Saturday and we found the one!! She did a great job picking houses to show us and we had a blast looking at them with her. We will never forget buying this first house and we will certainly never forget Ashley! We closed on our house on December 15th with Ashley by our side! (She kind of turned into our security blanket!) We have gotten a lot moved in so far and Ashley has still been checking on us to make sure we were getting settled in okay! We really have appreciated all of her hard work and how she has treated us like family, not like a customer. I would recommend her to anyone! (I have already started telling my friends about her!) We love our new home, and we are so glad that we were able to make a new friend through this process!

My experience with Chuck Town Homes has been awesome.  My wife and I decided we wanted to pursue owning our own home and we decided Chuck Town Homes seemed like an agency where we would get a knowledgeable Realtor that knew all about the Charleston market since we were new to the area.  When we first met Kevin with Chuck Town Homes and he started showing us homes around the Charleston area and the knowledge he had gave us a tremendous advantage in purchasing a new home.  After our first meeting with Kevin we talked it over and both agreed that Kevin would be our Realtor.  After looking for about a month or so we finally decided on a home that we wanted to make an offer on.  We contacted Kevin and we went to meet with the Beazer Homes sales representatives.  We talked and talked with them and finally Kevin came up with a great deal that even we both thought would not be accepted; however, we kept our fingers crossed.  Kevin called us and delivered the great news that they accepted everything that we asked for and we both we overjoyed. 
 
Our home was a new construction and Kevin came to the new home orientation and pre-inspections and was a part of the entire process. We had some issues came up with the bank along the way that made us wait before we could close on the home and Kevin was optimistic the whole time we had to wait.
