Donald went above and beyond to help us not only find a house but also get settled in in every way. We set out asking the impossible and Donald delivered. We had an "extreme house hunting" adventure for two days before we found the one we wanted. Late on Friday before Easter weekend we put in a bid on a house. Late the next Monday we got word our bid was accepted and thanks to Donald and a few other key people we closed on Thursday that week!
 
We are very grateful that we chose Donald as our realtor because any other realtor would have laughed when we said we wanted a house and we wanted to close in a week. Donald just took it as a personal challenge and stepped up to the plate.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Donald Russell and the rest of Chuck Town real estate office for selling our home.
We had a different real estate agent and company that we originally contracted with to sell our home. Our former agent arranged for our home to be shown about once or twice every couple of weeks. After our home was on the market for nine months with no offers to buy it, I decided to change companies.
The day after our contract expired with my former company, Donald came to our home and offered to sell our home. He told us that he would have our home sold within 90 days. My wife and I were a little skeptical at first about his ability to sell it so fast considering the other company had the home listed for nine months with no offers.
Within the first two weeks of Donald assuming control of the contract, people started looking at our home. We had more people looking at our home in the first month than we previously had during the entire 9 months.
Donald’s aggressive marketing tactics paid off. In less than two months we had an offer on our home! Donald did all the coordinating with the mortgage company to sell the home. My wife and I had never been involved in a short sale of a home and were a little leery about doing a short sale. Donald did all the work for us. He is the one that took the buyers offer to the mortgage company and negotiated with them until a final offer was accepted by the mortgage company. My wife and I didn’t even have to show up at the closing. Donald arranged for the lawyers office to complete all the paperwork and they even worked with a power of attorney on our behalf.
We could not have asked for a friendlier or more dedicated real estate agent than Donald. He did what he said! Our closing date was exactly 90 days from the day we first signed Chuck Town as our real estate company. Donald called us at least once a week to keep us appraised as to what was happening, followed up on all visits to our home and made sure we had feedbacks on any visit to the home. 
Once again, thank You Donald! We really do greatly appreciate your sincere dedication to selling our home and would gladly recommend you and your company to anyone attempting to sell their home.

You treated us so well, and we were so happy with your services at Keller Williams, we found a Keller Williams real estate agent up here. We found a home we like up here. Once again, the Keller Williams agent did all the negotiating and we are scheduled to close on 7/27!! You can assure your other "short sale" prospective clients we are a perfect example of short sales not affecting their credit enough to prevent them from buying another home. 6 months after closing on the home on Toura Lane in Charleston we are now closing on another home. I guess it helps to have almost perfect credit other than the short sale because we have had no problems whatsoever buying this new home and do not have to bring a penny to closing!!!
